I am a registered psychologist and Medicare and NDIS provider. My work is informed by psychodynamic and attachment-based theory, with therapy tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each individual. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), tailoring these approaches to best meet each client’s needs and goals.

I believe therapy works best when people feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported. I aim to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and openness. I recognise that no single therapeutic approach is right for everyone and adapt my work to best support each person’s circumstances and goals.

My work focuses on helping individuals develop insight into emotional and relational patterns, understand the impact of early life experiences, and build greater emotional freedom and capacity for lasting change. I support clients to better understand and work through anxiety, emotional conflict, self-protective patterns, and attachment dynamics that may contribute to ongoing difficulties.

I have experience working with a wide range of mental health presentations and levels of complexity. While I have worked across many areas of mental health, I primarily work with individuals presenting with anxiety and trauma-related difficulties. I also support clients with depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, adjustment challenges, career and life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and grief and loss.

I am committed to working respectfully and inclusively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and other minority groups. Through my work with individuals who have experienced trauma in both childhood and adulthood, I have developed a particular focus on trauma, anxiety disorders, attachment-related difficulties, and recovery from sexual abuse and relationship trauma.
